La Meer welcomes Jonathan Gagnon to our team as Director of Sales for our GRACE wealth management suite.
With deep industry background Jonathan Gagnon is a seasoned Account Management professional with 19 years of experience in the Regulatory Compliance Services industry. Having spent 17 years at NRS, Jonathan honed his expertise in client relationships, compliance solutions, and industry trends. Following the acquisition of NRS by COMPLY, he continued his impactful work at COMPLY for the past 2 years, helping to integrate the companies and drive continued success in a rapidly evolving sector. With a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and a commitment to client satisfaction, Jonathan has established himself as a trusted advisor and leader in the industry.
With his extensive background and deep understanding of the regulatory and business challenges within the broker-dealer and wealth advisor industry, Jonathan is a valuable addition to the La Meer team. Leveraging GRACE technology to create operational efficiency, specifically by integrating front-office client management with back-office compliance, will be a key differentiator for wealth management organizations as they handle the many changes of generational wealth transfer. Jonathan will guide La Meer’s sales process, helping us to add great value to our clients. We are excited to welcome him to the team.
Jonathan will lead our Sales efforts for our GRACE platform of solutions that include Compliance and Conduct Risk, Client Management for Suitability, Fiduciary Rule and Reg BI, AML monitoring, Broker-dealer examination, IT Risk Management, Vendor Risk management and Alternate investment due diligence.
